Starter: Face back to back with a partner. One person describe the image and the other person is to draw it as accurately as possible.
Moving the center
1. Notice how the screen is automatically set up so you can view in multi-screen. This will come in really helpful today!
3. Here's a trick for scaling. Press 'D' and then you can move the center point of the object
Accuracy
There's no way to be absolutely perfect when you're going by a picture but some careful observation will really helpful.

2. Create a NURB primitive sphere and sit it on the shelf. Now how do you know it's directly in the center of the shelf??

4. Creating the Nurb Cone, do that as normal but notice how they all have the same proportions. So what should you do. Yes copy and paste or 'command and D'. It will paste it inside the previous so you should need to move it out.

EXERCISE DESCRIPTION: The goal of this exercise is to give you an opportunity to apply what you learned from last week: creating basic primitives and transforming them to match the provided image.
- Create a series of NURBS primitives and transform them to match the provided image.
- Name the Maya file "Nickname_Shelf.ma”. Create a .ZIP archive that contains this file.
- Go to your Submit Your Work in the correct google folder
